Не устанавливаеться среда разработки

Здравствуйте, у меня такая проблема хочу установить среду разработки скачал mdk пишу в консоле gradlew.bat setupDecompWorkspace eclipse идет установка и тут ошибка


Не понимаю что делать

Я сталкивался с таким, когда пытался развернуть окружение в школе - провайдер блочит сайты и не дает скачать либы. Юзай прокси

Как раз такое бывает. У меня в селе интернет от Киевстар. При установке Forge MDK 1.12.2 приходит неправильная хеш сумма для пакета MCP. Исправляется третьей попыткой подряд, в точности файл занимает 632Кб, но хеш приходит как на 368Кб, и с третьей попытки приходит правильный хеш. Так же при установке кузницы на игру не удаётся скачать ASM и Maven artifact библиотеки и их приходится скачивать вручную с репозитория Maven. Но в общаге интернет от Воля и таких проблем не наблюдается.
