В коммоне тоже

TickEventBless tickEvent = new TickEventBless();
FMLCommonHandler.instance().bus().register(tickEvent);
MinecraftForge.EVENT_BUS.register(tickEvent);

Данный краш вылазит только при добавлении проверки на ВорлдПровайдер

Клиентский мир запросто может быть нул, так что проверяй.
